Today (28 Oct 2024), Mr. Poonpat Leesombatpaiboon, Secretary-General of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and spokesman for the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), revealed that at the ERC meeting on 23 Sep 2024, there was a resolution approving the proposal for guidelines to improve the conditions for placing electricity deposits for large electricity users, namely electricity users of Category 3 (medium-sized businesses), Category 4 (large businesses), and Category 5 (specific businesses) who have a good history of paying electricity bills.
