Today (28 Oct 2024) the Meteorological Department updates the Tropical Storm "Chami" located on the central coast (near Danang city) of Vietnam. It is moving back into the South China Sea and will gradually weaken. This storm will not move into Thailand because there is still a cold air mass covering the front of the storm. It may affect Thailand, causing some rain and strong winds.
